Custom Laser Branding
What Is Branding?
This is one of the newest methods of applying a logo to a garment or fabric. Using a laser beam and an advanced computer system we are able to melt a thin layer of the garment to produce a 3D logo. This technique does not work on all fabrics, but it is perfect for fleece. One of our most popular items is a fleece blanket branded with a company logo.
Limitations For Branding Orders:
When we work with branding orders there are a few limitation we would like our customers to be aware of:
- Minimum of 5 items must be branded on each order you place
- No COD orders will be accepted for branded orders
- Branding usually works better on lighter colored fabrics
- Not all items we sell can be branded. Email us if you need clarification on an item.
- We cannot create custom logos for you, but we can use one or more of our 45,000 stock images and then add text.
The Branding Process:
- Send your logo to us
- The logo is recreated in Illustrator or Vector format; the image is optimized for the branding process.
- The file is processed by the branding machine and after careful alignment the laser burns a thin layer off the top of the fabric to create the logo in a 3D effect.
