What options are available for placing my logo on an item?
There are a lot of different options depending on the product you choose. We can embroider must fabrics, we can screen print or apply reflective logos on almost all flat surfaces, we can laser engrave wood, metal, or aluminium items, we can even laser brand most fabrics. How long will my order take?
There are several items that affect the delivery time of your order; availability of product, type of product, complexity and size of order, logo approval process. On average orders are shipped delivered within 3 weeks of approval. We can, under certain circumstances rush your order out in as quick as a week. Can I get a sample before I buy?
Yes, with clothing we recommend getting a size run before you order. Contact our customer service reps for more information.
What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, check, money order, or credit card. Terms are available for some customers.
What type of file do I need to send you my logo in?
For screen printing or embroidery a high resolution jpg image will suffice, for must other products a vector file (Corel draw or adobe illustrator) is sometimes required. Call our reps for more information. If you do not have a high resolution or jpg file a small artwork fee may be required.
What if I want a product I don't see on your website?
We have access to tens of thousands of products. If you would like something you don't see on on our website chances are we have it available or can source it for you.
