Your logo needs to be re-drawn in a format that is acceptable for the embroidery machines to read. There is a one-time charge for the creation of this file.
It is usually called a Digitizing or Setup Charge. It is a one time charge, you should never pay a setup charge for a repeat order with the same logo.
Limitations For Embroidery Orders:
When working with embroidery orders there are a few limitation you need to be aware of:
- Minimum of 10 items must be embroidered on each order you place
- Text on your logo must be larger than 5mm or 1/4" tall

The digitized images are sent to the embroidery machines. The machines use the digital instructions to create your masterpiece.
A very common question is, of course, "How much will it cost to embroider my logo?" The number of stitches that the machine needs to make, the quantity of items being embroidered, and the location of the embroidery determines the total embroidery cost.
